Call Masterson’s Vet Clinic at (740) 743-1426. During regular hours you will speak with one of our helpful receptionists. They will need to know what your emergency is and your estimated time of arrival so that we may prepare and be able to provide the best possible care for your pet. If you should have an emergency after hours, these calls will be given the option/prompt to directly dial MedVet Diley Hill Animal Emergency Clinic. If your pet has ingested something that you think may be poisonous, we recommend that you contact Pet Poison Helpline at 800-213-6680. A fee will be applied to your credit card for this call. If the veterinarian at Pet Poison Helpline recommends emergency care for your pet, write down your pet’s case number and contact Masterson’s Vet Clinic immediately.
Payment is due at the time of services. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. We are unable to offer billing or payment plans. A valid driver’s license is required for all credit cards and Care Credit.
